I’m 61 years old Monday September 2 I’m a hunter and think of hunting everyday. I don’t think I’m alone
I need some help. I eat Evenings what I should not and have a big sweet tooth I lost my willpower in certain areas and eating is one area. I on and off do the olymptical and am starting to breath heavy. I don’t wear tucked in shirts and feel like crap. I want this weight off now.

Missed this. Didn't see the notice for it until today. Was busy getting my car to the shop as it got hammered in our big storm here couple weeks back. Hope you do another.

The conference call was great so another I am sure will be better. for you guys that are 61 I am just a little behind you and figured it was now or never. Roger is just a few years ahead of y'all and I figured if he could do it then it would work for this old fart also. Good luck guys and remember never give up, never surrender, we can do this.

Sure enjoyed the conference call last night. Sorry my computer not working so good. A tornado touched down fairly close to me right after the call so lines down and many people in my area without power yet again. Its good to see others so successful especially you Chef Johnny as being around food all the time you have stellar will power. I tell myself when I'm stressed and want to eat something I should not if hey the Chef can do it you can too. Hope to see even more people before hunting season really takes off because I know where us thinner people will be. Thank goodness my insulated hunting clothes fit me again.

Got a phone call from a long time friend about 6:30 and did not get off the phone till 7:15. Then only to find out I had audio issues with my desktop live feed and could not hear any sound. Try to fix it but just could not seem to get it done. Will try to find the issues by the next one.
