Roger, I have been on your plan for 2 months and 2 weeks now. I am contacting you to let you know that 19 years ago yesterday, 9/11, I was told by my doctor that I was diabetic! My A1c was as high as 12! My check up this past June, my A1c was 8.9. My latest checkup day before yesterday, I was down 37 lbs and more importantly, my A1c was 6,9 !!!!! Lowest it has been in 19 years! Got 60 more lbs to go and I'm looking forward to it. Watching your videos for the 3rd time as we speak. Just wanted to brag a little about my changes.
