Is walking allowed
I would think of course. I'm more active even after i lost some & still continued to lose.
I certainly think walking is a plus, diet or no diet. I am going to start walking more than I do now just to speed up the process a little.
I walk a lot! I just started this diet a little over a week ago and would like to lose 15 pounds or maybe a little more. I hope the walking is okay because it certainly helps my mental state!!
